TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Introduction

Welcome to Takeover! These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of merchandise at our events and through any associated online platforms. By purchasing our merchandise, you agree to abide by these terms.


2. General Conditions

Merchandise and tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Prices are listed in the applicable currency and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

All sales are final unless stated otherwise in the Refund & Exchange Policy below.


3. Payment Methods

We accept cash (in-person), credit/debit cards, and other digital payment methods as specified at the point of sale. Online transactions are processed securely, and we do not store payment details.


4. Refund & Exchange Policy

Merchandise:

Refunds and exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. Merchandise must be unused and in original condition for processing. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and service costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Tickets:

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified via email or our official platforms with information about refund or transfer options.

Tickets are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.


Takeover undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations shall be considered as obligations to achieve a guaranteed result. Takeover cannot be held liable or required to appear as a third party in any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.


5. Shipping & Delivery (If Applicable)

If merchandise or tickets are sold online, shipping or delivery methods, costs, and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to courier services or customs processes.

International buyers may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. Any withholding at source under local legislation must be paid by the client to the relevant tax authorities. Takeover is not responsible for any such additional charges.


6. Event Collection & Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered merchandise or tickets must be collected at the designated pick-up point during the event, with valid ID or confirmation email. Unclaimed pre-orders or tickets after the event are non-refundable.


7. Liability

We are not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of merchandise or tickets after the point of sale. Misuse or alteration of merchandise or tickets voids any right to warranty, refund, or exchange.


8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, branding, and content associated with Detroit Takeover or Takeover events and products are the property of Takeover and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.


9. Amendments & Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our official channels.
